Project summary

Designed for the Akshaya Patra Foundation, the workplace embodies the organization’s mission of nurturing lives through food and education. The office balances professionalism with warmth by integrating biophilic design, natural light and collaborative workspaces, creating an environment that supports employee wellbeing, productivity and meaningful social impact.

The objective was to create a workplace that reflects the values of the Akshaya Patra Foundation—ethical, compassionate and community-driven.

The design reimagines the office through an open and flexible layout that maximizes natural light and visual connectivity. Indoor planting is strategically incorporated throughout workspaces to provide visual comfort and reduce stress, while collaborative areas, executive cabins and breakout spaces are organized to encourage interaction, productivity and employee wellbeing.
