The client had a great vision of a farmhouse and resort with the backdrop of Gandipet Lake. We developed a median landscape with a 100 feet road and a dramatic entrance with "meadows" as the concept. The multipurpose stepped pyramid building was covered by a pitched roof in a configuration giving a panoramic view of the 300-acre property. Several strategic points were developed like a wooden boat house on an artificial lake, clubhouse, tree house, meditational hall, etc. It yielded a site frequently visited by wild peacocks thus enticing us back to nature.
