The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA).
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) developed this project to restore, conserve and regenerate the environment of stormwater drains (locally named as open 'Nalas'). This project was completed in 2021 and is located at the intersection of Kukatpally Nala and Yousufguda Nala under the Begumpet flyover.

This project intends to extend the vision of improving the connectivity of blue and green veins of the city and to have connected rain gardens as every carbon footprint counts.
The project has brought in Smart City Awards 2021 in the Green and Clean City Award Category to Hyderabad City.
